• Shipping fees and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within the Emirate of Dubai, UAE (subject to slot availability).
• All orders within the United Arab Emirates will be delivered within 2 to 8 business days via trusted shipping partners.
• For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination country. You can track your order through the shipping provider’s website once it’s dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

• You may return eligible items within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in original, unused condition and returned with original packaging and receipt.

Important Return Guidelines

• The original receipt is required for any return or exchange.
• Exchange requests without a receipt may not be accepted.
• Returns or exchanges must be processed within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Items such as perfume bottles, perfume oils, blended oils, incense, and similar sealed products must be returned unopened and sealed.
• Oud, Dehn Oud, and Perfume Oils must be inspected by staff. The weight must match the original purchase receipt. Any discrepancies may result in rejection of the return.

Management Approval

Refunds are subject to approval by Oud Dubai’s management, confirmed through the designated area supervisor.
