• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only within the Emirate of Dubai, UAE, and is subject to availability.

• You may return eligible items within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging and purchase receipt.

Important Guidelines

To help us process your return or exchange smoothly, please note the following:

• A valid original receipt is required for any return or exchange.
• Returns or exchanges without a receipt may not be accepted.
• All return or exchange requests must be completed within 14 days from the date you received the order.
• Sealed or packaged products (e.g., eau de parfum, blended oils, perfume bottles, incense) must be returned unopened and in their original sealed condition.
• All Oud, Dehn Oud, and Perfume Oils must be verified by our staff for authenticity and exact weight as per the original invoice. Any discrepancy may lead to rejection of the return or exchange.
• Refund approvals are subject to management confirmation, which will be obtained through the area supervisor.
